Nothing can match up to the taste, flavour, excitement and experience of "Kotha Avakaya".  Cleaning up the traditional porcelain jars, hunting for the right variety of raw mangoes, washing the mangoes and getting them cut to desired size pieces, mixing with all the right amount of ingredients.
