Pacha Avakaya

Pacha avakaya is an Andhra-style mango pickle made with yellow chilli powder, yellow mustard powder, and other spices. It is a popular condiment in South India that is used to add flavour to rice dishes, and chats.

Yellow Avapodi(mustard powder)

Inguva (Hing)
Menthulu (Fenugreek seeds powder)
