Brinjal Pickle

Ingredients:

1. Brinjal

2. Tamarind

3. Turmeric Powder

4. Chilli Powder

5. Salt

6. Olive/Sun Flower Oil

7. Garlic

5. Aava Pindi (Mustard powder)

9. Menthi Pindi 

10. Mustard & cumin seeds

Weight: 1kg

Shelf life: 3-4 months. Store the pickle in refrigerator for longer shelf life and only use dry spoon every time for usage so that pickle will not get spoiled.
